Voyager takes you on -perhaps- the most exciting space mission in human history. In 1977, the Voyager space probes were launched with the aim of exploring the most distant planets in our solar system: Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. They delivered breathtaking images and insights into the outer planets and their moons.
Four decades later, the Voyage probes have left our solar system – the first man-made objects ever to do so. Like a message in a bottle, they drift in the void between the stars. And like a message in a bottle, they have a message on board: a golden disc with messages from Earth.
Breathtaking images
Voyager is a multi-award-winning international show that impresses above all with its images. In never-before-seen perspectives, we enter the ‘big red spot’ – a gigantic storm on Jupiter that is even bigger than our Earth. We fly together through the impressive canyons of the icy moon Enceladus, whose entire surface is covered in frozen water.
In addition to the show, we will also be showing our current starry sky. Here you will get a comprehensive overview of constellations, planets and the Milky Way. You will learn more about the most exciting phenomena in the night sky, such as auroras and shooting stars, and how you can orientate yourself with the help of the stars.
